Ramsay received about 6 inches of snow by mid-day yesterday, and most of it is still here because of the cold temps. Even the snowy coatings on the tree branches are still in place, I suppose because there's been no wind, the sun didn't appear yesterday, and it's been below freezing since Sunday evening.
