John Sanderson - next door neighbor came over to check on all the work underway.
"Very impressed! Things are looking great at Ramsay!" He took out his check book and offered to write a check for the first month's rent after seeing the view from the new Carriage House Guest Quarters!
Richard - yard man and ever-helpful assistant to anyone needing help!

The overhang over the garage entry looks great and is functional. What do you think about extending it around the corner on the east side to tie into the roof over the entry to the apartment. Similarly, continue around the west corner to provide rain and water protection over the Privie?
